We congratulate Mr. Peter Hormisdas Ssenyimba upon being elevated to Headship and consequently being posted to Luzira S.S. We thank him for the work God enabled him to do while holding the docket of Deputy Headmaster of King’s College, Budo and wish him God’s blessings in his new role.
I thank God and all the stake holders for according me the opportunity to serve in this great Institution. I started the work of Headmaster - King’s College, Budo on 26th November 2021. For the year 2022 we are going to be governed by the theme “Carefully build on the foundation” 1Corinthians 3:10. King’s College, Budo was built on a solid foundation of the Church, Buganda Kingdom and the State. We ought to be careful as we add our building material on that firm foundation laid by our forefathers, if it is to stand the test of time.
Amidst many challenges, we are doing our level-best to receive our students in a healthy conducive environment. We are discussing with the Board of Governors and PTA to mitigate the challenges of Covid -19 with minimal interruption in the normal running of the school. We appreciate your cooperation always. We encourage those who qualify for vaccination to do so as we shall keenly follow. Our students should realign themselves to adhere to the culture, norms and the brand of the school when they report back to school.
I pledge to be true to my personal mission “To be my best for the glory of God” for the time God will avail me in this school.
